Farm where our geese & ducks are feed with 4 organically grown grains and without forced fat.  We cook our regional home-made food whitout preservatives, chimicals products and spices.  Our traditional products makes to delight of bests restaurants of the area (Hilton, Manoirs du Lac Delage and Montmorency, etc)
