The restaurant is located in an old flour mill dating back to 1720 and seats 200 people. Our chef Benoît Huot serves Fine Regional Cuisine and changes the menu weekly. Outside patio with a view of the waterfall, private rooms for groups. Musicians each Sunday evening.. Open May through October. Lodging available.
